Processing Machinery is a factory specializing in manufacturing of meat processing machinery. The high speed chopping and blending machine produced by the factory is an essential equipment for meat products factory. It can be used for chopping meat into different sizes and meat paste, and also be used for blending and emulsifying various filling into paste by adding meat, flavorings and additives. The rotational speed is adjustable according to different needs, so that the operational period can be shortened and colorific capacity of processing stuff be reduced, thus, resulting in the stuffing being kept natural color.
The machine has the features of easy operation, durableness and safety.
Brief Introduction to the Structure
The machine is mainly composed of cutting and blending knives, rotational pot, outlet device, trestle and electric controlling system.(cutting knife is not under warranty)
Open the half lid, you can see chopping and blending knives. There are six knives for ZB80II Type.
