Installing、Use and Maintenance
*In order to make sure of safety, when located, the machine should be connected with earth wire
* Adjust the Connecting wire, s phase sequence of power source. Take care of whether motor,s direction is right.
*Change or add hydraulic oil and gear oil in time.
*Before location, tighten ground foot plate and ground to make the ground foot plate leave ground.
*Hopper can turn over to 90°.For discharging and washing, open the foot plate before turn over. After use, make hopper and pulping pole parallel、vertical. You can adjust top pole to make hopper parallel. Adjust above supporting base, s screw of shaft bearing UCP213 can make hopper and pulping pole vertical.
1. Use, Locate the machine on a leveling ground and tighten ground foot pallet. To make sure the machine run smoothly.
2. Open the switch to make machine run and check rotating directiong：Stand beside the outlet and it should be rotating anticlockwise.
3. Connect the power source to see that pulping indicating light is on，Adjust pulping pole switch to make pulping pole rotate then you can drop material to produce. Pulping speed are adjustable according to your producing technology. When pulping is over,turn off the pulping button，open lifting switch to check indicating light is off then lift the pulping pole and turn over hopper.
4. Maintenance, When machine is running if there is shaking or too big noise, check the machine immediately. You can use it again only if fault is solved.
5. If fault happens ,cut off power source first then repair it.
