    1. To open and tilt vessel cover by hydraulic system after knead dough.
    2. The inner surface was bright polished to prevent dough adhere and corrosion,main structure is consist of food grade SUS304.
    3. Water circulated vacuum pump is adopted to keep high vacuum during dough knead.
    4. All process could be controlled by PLC.
    5. Add flour automatically by vacuum.
