1. Structure
The machine consists of three parts: power, frame and mixture.
Adopt three-phase asynchronous motor, stable and powerful. Adopt stainless steel square tube and channel iron as frame material, with movable foot wheels and tipping mechanism, hygienic, easy to operate. Adopt high rate rotation mixture head, which not only can mix the material to the full, but also has some function of cutting to make the materials even fine.

3. Installation and operation
Put the device level and stable, switch on power, check the turning direction of the motor, screw off the two star-shaped handles, turn upward the mixture head, push in 200 L standard container cart, put in prepared materials and appropriate amount of water, turn downward the mixture head to make it in the container cart, tighten the star-shaped handles. Now start the power, the mixture head will rotate, shut the power until the marinade reaches expectation. When the head stops turning, screw off the star-shaped handles, turn upward the head, pull out the container cart, one operation is completed.
