Description
The structure of the bowl cuter consists of motor, bowl cut knife(cutting knife is not under warranty), bowl, discharger, and frame and operation board. The motor supply the force to move the bowl cut knife, the knife cut the material inside of the bowl.
The bowl cutter can cut the block meat in to meat paste, it is also workable for mixing ingredients, and base on the type of material to choose the speed of bowl cutter, can make operation time short, and reduce the temperature of material while mixing that can keep the material in fresh.
